For a game that will not start
Include the game title, its Pixel Pier page address, your browser and device, and whether the problem happens before loading, in the menu or during play. Describe the actions that reproduce it and include a visible error message if one appears. Check the game’s orientation and controls first.
Do not clear all site data as a first step: this can remove game progress. Try Reload game or the direct game link before considering a reset. Remove personal details from any screenshot.
Accessibility, corrections and rights
For an accessibility issue, identify the control and the action you could not complete. Screen orientation and assistive technology can be helpful context; medical information is unnecessary. For a correction, quote the specific wording and the page it appears on.
For a copyright or attribution concern, identify the game or asset, the relevant URL, your relationship to the work and the correction you are requesting. Do not include identity documents, confidential agreements, passwords, recovery codes or browser-storage exports.
