About Polebound

Fill each two-cell magnet with plus and minus poles. Equal poles cannot touch horizontally or vertically, including between magnets. Match the displayed plus-pole totals.

Two valid global polarity orientations are accepted.

FIND YOUR FEET

How to play

  • Click, tap, or use Tab and Enter on the labeled game buttons.
  • Challenge selects one of three boards or objectives.
  • Undo reverses a decision; Restart resets the current challenge.
  • Pause or P / Escape stops the game; Z undoes a decision.

Focus the play area before using keyboard controls. Touch support does not guarantee equal performance on every phone. Flexible orientation.

Example: A plus directly above another plus is invalid; a plus above a minus is allowed.

Once one magnet is oriented, its neighbors are constrained by the signs along their shared boundaries.

KEEP YOUR PROGRESS IN MIND

Pause, reload & return

Challenge completions and best move counts are saved locally. In-progress boards are not saved. Use the game’s own pause or sound control. Reload restarts its frame and can discard the current attempt; Unload removes the frame. Neither clears saved game data. Playing & saves.
